Zappos - I originally discovered this site years ago for hard to find shoes. They now offer clothing, handbags, housewares, and beauty too. They have the best customer service I have ever encountered.
Zazzle - upload images to create your own merchandise or buy merchandise created by other users and companies.

AD-aware - a free program that will search for spyware on your computer and remove it. (Spyware is any software that employs a user's internet connection in the background without their knowledge or explicit permission.)
Window Washer - cleans up your browser's cache, cookies, history, recent document list, and much much more. Instead of me gushing about how much I like this program, check out their link.
Zone Alarm - an easy to use firewall that monitors both incoming and outgoing transmissions. They have one that is FREE to individuals and non-profit use.
